General Call-out

A call out charge for a product set up, instruction, cable tidy up or product reset is covered by a minimum call out charge of £80 within 5 miles of BH23.  This includes an hour's labour and guidance of basic product functions once set up is complete.  I am happy to travel further but the cost will be slightly more to reflect the increase time in travelling.
 
Aerial Upgrade
 
Depending on the age of the existing aerial and condition, I may be able to fit an up-rated amplifier which will improve signal to up to 4 TV’s.  Cost of parts and local installation - £160.00

If aerial is poor condition or older than 6/8 years it is better to replace the aerial with a new loft mounted aerial (depending on location), mounting brackets, a new amplifier to serve 4 TV points as mentioned above and full set up.  Cost of parts and local installation - £280.00.  As per the above but to replace and aerial system to serve up to 8 TV points, Cost of parts and local installation - £320.00.
 
Satellite Upgrade
 
To re-align satellite which may have moved in the wind or moved by something, price of local re-alignment - £100.00
 
To supply and install new 43cm mini dish to replace rusting or damaged dish or for new installation for Sky or Freesat, quad LNB and twin cable to room for recordable satellite box – cost of parts and local installation - £250.00.
 
Foreign Satellite
 
To supply German HD satellite receiver, 60cm dish, mounting brackets and all cabling and set up of German satellite system - £350.00+ (other nationality systems are available, French, Polish, Italian, Spanish, Russian etc)
 
Wall Mounting of TV
 
To supply and fit flat to wall bracket for upto 55” LED TV, to extend mains and aerial cabling to local aerial and mains point, to use surface mounted trunking to hide all cabling – Total Cost - £180.00.
For TV's over 55", please send a photo and your requirements for me to provide a quotation.
 
Telephone Point
 
To re-locate master telephone point from one position to another, usually to move position of Wi-Fi hub for better range – Total Cost - £140.00
